Not your stereotypical christian girl

Blog Podcast Episode #.png

I’m diving into why I decided to start this podcast and why I think we’re not having the right conversations about faith.

I grew up in the Catholic Church (k-12th grade) and went to a Disciples of Christ college but I never felt like I belonged anywhere.

I didn’t think going to church on Sundays “defined” my relationship. I thought it was BS and didn’t feel like I need to parade my relationship with God to others.

I’ve always had an intrinsic relationship with God, I compare it to breathing air.

I think community is SUPER important in your faith walk but I don’t think you have to go to a building to have a relationship with God.

I drop a few f-bombs and dive deeper in my thoughts on how I def don’t fulfill your Christian girl stereotype…and honestly? I don’t want to.
